Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables as defined in their project agreement. DarkBytes retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the website's operation, or transmit malware or harmful code.

5. Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
